Keys comes out on top at Jimmy Houston Kawasaki Invitational – Presented by Rib Crib

The Keys boys golf team took top honors Wednesday in the Jimmy Houston Kawasaki Invitational at Cherokee Trails Golf Course in Tahlequah.

Chase Jones led the Cougars with an individual championship, shooting an 83. Other medalists for Keys were Reed Trimble (88 – third place), Bronc Quetone (90 – fourth), Evan Harkreader (94 – fifth), Colton Combs (99 – eighth), Cooper Hamilton (100 – ninth) and Josiah Wolff (101 – 10th).

Other schools competing were Tahlequah-Sequoyah, Stilwell, Sallisaw, Roland, Muldrow, Haileyville and Hulbert.

The Cougars are coached by Dick Goss.
