With many of the area teams ranked among the best teams in the state in their respective classes, these talented players are constantly making game changing plays to lead their teams to victories and racing to the state tournament in May.

Emma Trimble – Beggs

She’s continuing to make an impact after earning a starting spot in fastpitch. Emma is leading our team batting average (.562) and makes plays at shortstop you don’t normally expect from a freshman.

Gabby Noriegah – Eufaula

Gabby hits the ball hard almost every at bat. She is our biggest RBI producer hitting in the middle of our lineup. She also plays a very solid 3B and is very consistent at making plays.

Kaiah Austin – Fort Gibson

The prototypical softball player. A 5-tool performer – great speed, hits for power and makes contact. Kaiah also posseses a great glove and has a rocket for an arm. On top of it all, she’s a great kid.

Gabbie Price – Gans

She is lightning fast which allow her to rob opponents of hits while playing the outfield and beats out a routine ground ball for base hits with bat in hand. Gabbie also has plenty of pop in her bat.

Natalie Casteel – Gore

While keeping batters in check working from the circle, Natalie is the girl the Lady Pirates want at the plate with runners on base because of her constant contact with plenty of pop in the bat.

Lynzi Kelley – Haskell

A 4-year starter for the Haymakers, Lynzi maintains a .615 batting average with 7 home runs. She’s a great team leader as well as a leader in the community. She also maintains a 4.0 grade point average.

Ava Cartwright – Heavener

From leftfield, she has 11 putouts in the first 15 games while leading the Lady Wolves with a .548 batting average including five triples and four home runs. She has speed and power plus the arm to throw out runners trying to get that extra base.

Kaiya Dearborn – Hulbert

One of two seniors for the Lady Riders, Kaiya leads by example. The leadoff hitter in the lineup not only gets on base but comes through in big situations taking an extra base. A difference maker in the field making plays with her glove at shortstop.

Kennedi Wight – Muldrow

Tabbed as an “all-around” player, Kennedi hits with power when needed as well as finding the gap with line drives off the bat in addition to making big plays defensively in the outfield.

Jaliyah Simmons – Muskogee

Jaliyah is the one player that can pull through at every moment needed. Defensively she makes a huge play when the team needs a stop and offensively when they need a hit or a run to be scored. She’s the one her teammates look to. Jaliyah puts up big numbers and leads the team in almost every category.

Hannah Focht – Oktaha

Gritty and relentless, the sophomore left fielder leads the squad in home runs and average.

Hannah can play anywhere on the field. She’s the type of player whose suit is always dirty from head to toe from making a diving play and taking an extra base.

Allyssa Parker – Pocola

The multi-talented sophomore not only makes the “amazing” defensive plays at shortstop, Allyssa has posted a .829 batting average with 12 home runs to help lead the Lady Indians to a 13-0 record and a number-1 ranking in Class 4A.

Madi Mulanax – Roland

No matter whether she’s at third base or at shortstop, the Lady Rangers senior delivers aa a solid defensive specialist. The quiet and hard nosed competitor has signed to play at the next level with Carl Albert State College.

Emily Gregory – Sallisaw

Already signed to play softball at Northern Oklahoma, Emily continues to provide a big impact to the Sallisaw program. A big hitter this spring, she has hammered five home runs in the first six games of the year. She makes hitting look easy and fun to watch on the field.

Taya Ross – Stilwell

A junior for the Lady Indians, Taya is leading the team in batting average at .640 including 7 home runs and 23 RBI. A true competitor, Taya always leaves it all on the field because she is a true competitor.

Jayley Ray – Tahlequah

Ray is an NEO A&M commit. She started two years at third base and hit .500 last year in the two-hole for the Lady Tigers slowpitch team. She knows the game inside out and makes the clutch plays.

Kaylen Park – Warner

Fearless – As a junior, she’s our leader and coach on the field. Kaylen gives her best in games AND in practice. At shortstop, she’ll dive to make the big catch or run down balls most others won’t and at the plate, she understands the situation and what we need.
