Entering the 2023 season with the confidence of his junior year as the quarterback for he Checotah Wildcats, Jacob has taken his game changing talents to an even higher level this fall.

  The Wildcats senior made the most of the opening four weeks by completing 70-percent of his pass attempts to total 1218 yards and 18 touchdown passes. Among the highlight reel moments was a 23-35 effort totaling 397 yards and five touchdowns as Checotah defeated archrival Eufaula. In the win, Jacob also ran for 51 yards as well as converting six point-after-touchdown kicks.
