Eufaula Cheer & Softball Spotlight Presented by Bank of Eufaula

“How About Those Ironheads”

Congratulations to the Eufaula fastpitch softball team and members of the Ironheads cheer squad for advancing to the state tournament.  

After winning the Class 3A regional title, coach Ryan Green’s team had to win a pair of win-or-go home games to advance to the state tournament.  Avery Williams was name District 3A-8 Player of the Year while twin sister Kambry picked up Defensive Player of the Year honors along with Gabby Noriega and Kate Pippenger named to the All-District team.

Eufaula cheerleaders continued to display their athleticism and school spirit during the OSSAA regionals to move to the state championship competition in Class 3A. Eufaula senior Sydney Jones also earned All-Region honors from the Oklahoma Coaches Association.
