VYPE: What are your goals for this season? 

Javian: My goal for this season is to make it to state and win state with my team and coach. 

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life? 

Javian: It taught me to be confident and just to be yourself.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Javian: My favorite teacher is coach Dawkins. He’s my basketball coach. He’s funny, cool and he’s a good coach.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Javian: My uncle inspires me; he’s always there when I need him. 

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why? 

Javian: I’ll say Bryce Thornton. He’s a great team player and he’s a great guy to hang around. 

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?  

Javian: My favorite part about being on a team is that I can play with my close friends and have amazing moments with the team. 

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you? 

Javian: I would like to go to Florida and meet new people and make friends with them and have fun, and I would take my family and friends as much as I can.

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Javian: I just love the game of basketball.

Javian: I would like to give a shout out to my grandma (manny). She passed away January 23, 2019 on the same date as her mom and hey to all my family and friends.
