Sallisaw Black Diamonds Girls Basketball Preview – Presented by Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home

GIRLS
Coach: Greg Scott
21-22 Record: 11-12

Like the boys, the Lady ‘Diamonds success will be centered around three seniors. Ellie Martin (5-6) is a four-year starter at guard who averaged 14.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals a game last year. Addyson Gream (6-2) is a big forward who has committed to Oklahoma Wesleyan next year and forward Madison Bolin (5-9). Senior Emily Gregory will also be vying for a starting spot along with juniors Allison Grimm, Abby Kate Qualls, and Paige Diffee. Head coach Greg Scott feels good about a strong group of sophomores that he hopes will make contributions in Macie Gremillion, Kayli Macon, Casey Brackett, and Trinity Cox as well as freshmen Addy Orendorff, Sydney Weeden, Hannah Palmer, Emma Martin, and Molly Carver. “This team has several pieces we can rely on that will help us make a competitive run this year plus a great class of freshmen, sophomores and juniors that will play a big role in the future of our Lady Diamond program,” said Scott.
