OFFENSE

Beau Collins becomes the third head coach for the Indians in the last four years as he works to get the Indians back on the winning track. He’ll start off with a senior-heavy offense that includes six returning starters. The offensive line should be in solid hands with Blake Crozier (6-3, 265, Sr.) and Kyler Robertson (6-1, 250, Sr.). Ethan Richards (5-7, 150, Sr.) is the running back and the quarterback will be Cainan Mink (6-0, 175, Sr.). You may also see Colby Philpot (5-10, 200, Jr.) somewhere in the Indian spread offense. “The Indians look to continue with rebuilding the Stilwell football program and look to turn the corner this season,” said the new head coach. Collins staff will include Ryan Smith, Zack Self, Austin McGee and Chris Henry.

DEFENSE

The Indians will continue to run the 3-4 defense under Collins with many of the names mentioned above on offense probably making a start on the defensive side of the ball. In addition, Malachi McNac (5-9, 180, Jr.) and Philpot will be at linebacker and Trey Chucalate (5-10, 150, Jr.) will be in one of the spots in the secondary. District 4A-4 will look a little different thanks to redistricting with Muldrow and McLain out of the district replaced by Ada and Madill.
