Stilwell Cheer

The Stilwell cheerleading squad is made up of 17 cheerleaders this year, five of which are seniors.

“There is a lot of talent within this squad and they are rising to the occasion. They have adapted well to having a new cheer coach and they have all worked very hard to get to where they are,” coach Arrika Leach said. “They have been dedicated to the program and are very excited to cheer on the Indians this year.”

Senior members are Kendall Eubanks, Shannon Catron, Kristan Daugherty, Bricie Vinson and Macee Wheeler.

Eubanks and Catron are both senior captains.

“[Kendall] is hardworking, determined, and always strives to do her very best. She has an enthusiasm for cheerleading that can’t be beat,” Leach said. “She is a great example of a leader and is a great asset to our team. SHS cheer is appreciative of her dedication and encouraging spirit.”

“[Shannon] is an encourager, considerate, and a true role model to her teammates. The ability to lead comes naturally to her,” Leach said. “SHS cheer is appreciative of her hard work and her ability to always have a positive outlook.”

Daniela Sawney and Aiden Carter are both juniors for Stilwell. Sophomores include Brandy Alexander, Karlee Ingram and Baylee Birdtail. Jaceline Swaffar, Lily Guthary, Hailey Watkins, Redcloud Smith, Hayley Garay, Macie Burns and Rachael Morgan are freshmen squad members.
